The acting no nonsense CS for security has issued official statement to Kenyans.

2.CS Matiang'ï : Let us refrain from any activities that will unduly affect the security of the country
3.CS Matiang'ï : We will do whatever it takes constitutionally to protect all property

Matiangi is a very efficient and effective cabinet Secretary running two dockets.
The elections have Been very peaceful and Uhuru Kenyatta who is leading with over 1 million votes is expected to be announced winner.
Kenyans from all corners of the country voted overwhelmingly for jubilee including areas normally perceived to be NASA strongholds like kisii and nyamira.
Jubilee outperformed the opposition in all parts of the country except nyanza province.
Raila has already disputed the election but international observes have termed the election as free and fair.
