Mombasa governor has shocked everyone by abandoning his close friend and political mentor Raila odinga.
Joho won the Mombasa governor race by a huge margin beating his closest rival Omar and jubilee candidate.
In today press conference raila odinga was accompanied by other NASA leaders but Joho was no where to be found .
He was in Tanzania celebrating the just concluded elections.
Joho has not said anything about the elections which shows that he believes Uhuru won it free and fairly.
Raila odinga has taken up to the supreme Court to challenge the election of Uhuru Kenyatta for another 5 years.
Speaking to the media he said the results were computer generated.
Raila has lost all 4 presidential elections he ran and always complains that he has been rigged out.
Joho joins other governors including turkana governor Nanok who have pledged to work with national government though they are in opposition
