Chebukati answers NASA election claims

IEBC says NASA didn't attach Form 34A and 34B in their letter alleging rigging of presidential poll, dismisses claims as pure propaganda to distract people from credible election ever witnissed in the country.

On hacking claims which Raila said the system had been hacked one of the commissioners say

Chiloba reradiated also that the forms NASA are not very important but the number of votes casted are very important.
Here is what he said
We do not declare results based on forms, but based on votes cast ~ Chiloba

NASA had given an ultimate to IEBC to declare Raila president within the next 24 hours because according to them they had won the election.
NASA made the claims with president Uhuru Kenyatta leading with 55% with less than 400 polling stations to be counted.
