Mr Charles Dulo (ODM Nakuru branch secretary) and Wilson Omolisia (ANC Nakuru branch secretary) announced their defection on Monday and were received by Nakuru JP chairman David Manyara, MPs Samuel Arama (Nakuru Town West) and Kimani Ngunjiri (Bahati), and other Jubilee candidates.

Mr Omolisia noted that his party was not respecting grassroots officials forcing him to jump ship.
"I was the secretary for ANC party but ODM has been interfering with the party's affairs. I could no longer bear it and this made me resign from the position to support Jubilee, where grassroots leaders are respected," Omolisia explained.
Mr Dulo on his part stated that ODM did not respect the voice of the people in the nominations and had instead snatched party tickets from the people who genuinely won.
"Several MCAs and a parliamentary candidate won the nominations fairly but the nomination certificates were awarded to handpicked individuals," Dulo stated this was according to Kenyans.co.me
Raila odinga party has been dealt a blow just 7 days before elections.
Uhuru Kenyatta is currently leading in all opinion polls followed closely by Raila odinga who has been trailing him since last year.
Recent polls have projected a first round win for Uhuru Kenyatta.
