Babu owino has surprised everyone again by swearing in the name of Raila and adding the word the Tibim.

“I, Babu Owino, having been elected a Member of Parliament do swear in the name of Almighty God that I would bear true faith and allegiance to the people of the Republic of Kenya and Raila Odinga that I will obey, respect uphold, preserve , protect and defend this Constitution of the Republic of Kenya and that I would faithfully and conscientiously discharge the duties of the Member of Parliament, so help me God. Thank you. Tibim!”
Babu owino the longest serving student leader was elected overwhelminly in the august election and is one of Raila Odinga loyal supporters.
