Now, let us assume that the voter turnout in August 8th shall stand at 85% for all these regions, it ostensibly means that 16708911 out of 19657542 people shall come out to vote.
Let's go further and allocate percentages according to the available daprediction

respective regions. And we shall work here with a bare minimum!
