3 options Tommorow supreme Court verdict might be delivered

The Supreme Court judges are David Maraga (Chief Justice), Philomena Mwilu (Deputy Chief Justice), Ibrahim Mohamed, Jackton Ojwang, Smokin Wanjala, Njoki Ndungu, and Isaac Lenaola.
Should the court be convinced that the electoral malpractices affected the presidential result:

1.Uhuru and Raila will have to face off again.
Article 140 (3) of the Constitution says that if the Supreme Court determines the election of the President-elect to be invalid, a fresh election shall be held within sixty days after the determination.
CJ Maraga said the judgement will be delivered on Friday, September 1.
More on this: Raila presidential petition hearing ends, Maraga says ruling on September 1
2.On the other hand, the court might order fresh tallying of the already cast votes or uphold Uhuru's win hence pave way for the latter's swearing in on September 12.
At stake is whether the errors raised by NASA are enormous to conclude that the electoral agency did not conduct the polls in accordance with the Constitution and the law this was as reported by the star Kenya.

3.The third option is for the court to uphold Uhuru Kenyatta reelection and declare him president elect.
This will happen if the court finds that the evidence submitted by NASA do not meet threshold the judges will have no opinion but declare Uhuru Kenyatta president elect.
