Thank you CS Mucheru for this. I opposed the Fifth Estate thing of Mutahi Ngunyi from day one. The clips are downright hateful, anti-Raila, openly biased and disgusting and have the potential to cause a breach of the peace. The whole of this week I have raised several other Government agencies on this matter, especially after the clip on the death of General Nkaissery. If this is not hate speech and incitement then I don't know what hate speech is. I join CS Mucheru in demanding that Google pulls down this clip. The Kenya Film Clarification Board will also demand immediate suspension of this "Fort Hall School of Government" nonsense dubbed "The Fifth Estate" for its potential to inflame passions and cause a breach of the peace. That an intellectual of Mutahi Ngunyi's calibre can be involved in this bizzare, calous and dangerous propaganda is beyond comprehension. Mutahi Ngunyi is a classic example of empty and hopeless intellectualism disguised as scholarly success. The Fifth Estate recordings must stop and all hate clips that have been flagged as hateful be pulled down.

Apparently the good government wants mutahi ngunyi to pull down a video he posted in his fifth state series where he was talking about nkaiserry.
Mutuha ngunyi has been running the series since last year.
