Orengo said that IEBC must first ensure that all electoral processes they conduct are above board, devoid of bias and misconduct for the coalition to go into the next polls.
"We will not accept Al Ghurair Company's bid to print the ballot papers. We will deal with the issue firmly before the August 8 general election."
He warned IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati that his commission risked being sent packing like the now defunct ECK "which perpetuated electoral malpractices" prior to the 2007 elections.
"We will fight these acts of connivance until everything is done according to the law as defined by the Constitution," Orengo said.
