Mr president has promised to launch a 15 billion brewery plant in Kisumu.
Mr president has promised the Kisumu residence that the plant will help the residents secure jobs and improve the economy of the region.
While his counterparts in the opposition are advocating legalization of changaa and busaa mr president his ad advocating for safe drinks to be brewed by reputable organization like eabl.
Speaking in state house he said
"This year, Treasury has done its part by introducing an 80 per cent remission for beers made from sorghum, millet and cassava. Quality brews such as Senator Keg will remain affordable for wananchi and the makers and sellers of illicit brews will find life ever harder,"
Mr president is President for all Kenyans and he is advocating equal distribution of resources to all parts of the country.
