The National Super Alliance (NASA) flagbearer Raila Odinga risks arrest if Interior CS Joseph Nkaiserry’s words are anything to go by.
CS Nkaiserry has threatened to sue Raila Odinga and NASA leadership for linking him to the ongoing scandal surrounding the awarding of the ballot printing tender to Dubai-based firm Al Ghurair.
The Cabinet Secretary, through his spokesman Mwenda Njoka asked Raila to refrain from linking him to the tender or face a legal suit.
