The National Super Alliance (NASA) has vowed to boycott the forthcoming August elections if the Court of appeal rules in favour of IEBC.
The electoral body has filed a petition seeking to overturn a ruling that allowed presidential election results to be announced at the constituency polling stations.
The NASA co-ordinating commitee led by James Orengo and Johnstone Muthama told the electoral body to withdraw its petition.

The leaders said there is mischief in IEBC's move seeking to overturn the ruling which was made on April, 4, 2017.
"In which interest is this appeal made? That's mischief and we will not participate in the elections of 2017,"said Orengo.
"We, therefore, demand that IEBC respects the decision of the High Court and withdraw the appeal,” said Muthama.
