ODM TRIBUNAL SPLIT OVER EMBAKASI EAST NOMINATION VERDICT
Trouble is brewing between Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) elections board and the party’s appeals tribunal.
The appeals tribunal are said to have decided to award George Bhutto who came a distant third in the Embakasi
# ODMprimaries with the party certificate. After he paid them.
The ODM elections board insists Embakasi East elections were free and fair - Babu Owino won and he was issued with the interim certificate.
George Bhutto appealed, claiming he won.
The tribunal is headed by Willis Otieno. While NEB that is chaired by Judith Pareno.
