Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju said Jubilee has called off primaries in the counties of Kajiado, Narok, Bomet, Uasin Gishu, Kericho, and Embu.
Others are Nandi, Nakuru, Elgeyo Marakwet, Baringo, Trans Nzoia in the Friday April 21 bungled exercise.
The day the exercise will be conducted once again will be announced.
The logistic problem is clearly manifesting and it seems jubilee Secretariat didn't do their job well.
Rafael Tuju had promised free and fair election without rigging.
