Drama unfolded in Kirinyaga county when President Uhuru Kenyatta told Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua to join Jubilee if she wants to work with him.
Ms Karua had left the venue after the crowd shouted Jubilee Party slogans when she was introduced. She flashed the two finger salute at the crowd.
The President also said he has not sent or endorsed anybody for any seat in what was a reference to former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru.
Ms Waiguru is expected at the next stop which is at Kianyaga town. Governor Joseph Ndathi was heckled off the stage despite Uhuru’s attempts to calm the crowd.
