3.He graduated from Moi University with Bachelor’s degree in education in 1994.
4.He was elected to the parliament in 1997, then representing the Democratic Party.
5.He retained his seat in the 2002 elections.
6.He has also been the assistant minister of Water and Irrigation and the assistant minister for energy.
